Service Description

A one hour Mat Pilates session incorporating the principles of pilates: BREATH, FLOW, CONCENTRATION, CENTRING, PRECISION, CONTROL that will build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Equipment used for various sessions on occasion: Resistance bands, Therabands, Swiss balls, small pilates balls.
