In September FIT 66 ran a 4 week beginner friendly and intermediate "regain control of your body" programme at the L'Ermitage Notre Dame De Consolation in Collioure
The 4 week programme comprised of
A weekly in person mat pilates session at the beautiful Hermitage overlooking Collioure every Monday morning in September. Everyone enjoyed a coffee in the coffee shop of the beautiful grounds of the consolation after class.
Live and recorded online pilates to make sure people reached the recommended exercise guidelines
Weekly homework exercises and check in to support you achieving your goal
