Lace up your walking shoes, get ready to move, and let's embark on this exciting adventure together toward a fitter and healthier you! Here are several ways to track your daily step count: Smartphone Apps: Apple Health (iOS) Google Fit (Android) Pacer (iOS and Android) Map My Walk (iOS and Android) Fitness Trackers: Fitbit Garmin Xiaomi Mi Band Samsung Galaxy Fit Smartwatches: Apple Watch Samsung Galaxy Watch Garmin Venu Fossil Hybrid HR Pedometers: Basic clip-on or pocket pedometers Wristband pedometers Smart Shoes: Shoes with built-in sensors that track steps (e.g., Xiaomi Smart Shoes) Health Monitoring Devices: Devices like Oura Ring or WHOOP Strap that track various health metrics, including steps. Manual Tracking: Using a journal or logbook to manually record steps taken based on known distances (e.g., steps per block or mile). Treadmills & Gym Equipment: Many treadmills, ellipticals, and other gym machines come with built-in step counters.
