I host a weekly Pilates session at my home with Wendy and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is professional, friendly and her classes are challenging but fun. For each movement she gives options for people of varying levels of ability so whether you’re a beginner or have done Pilates before you certainly won’t get bored.
